Terms of Service for LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT

By accessing or using LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT's website, mobile application, or any other services provided by LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any representation or warranty, whether express, implied, or statutory. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
